Jeffrey D Hanrahan

Jeff has been a Licensed Real Estate Professional since 1988, specializing in residential real estate in both Westchester County and Bronx County. Jeff also has prior experience in corporate relocation as well as Asset Management for a major lending institution.

Jeff joined Keller Williams Realty Group in the Scarsdale / Eastchester Market Center in 2008. Prior to joining Keller Williams, Jeff was an Associate Broker for one of the top Century 21 offices in Westchester County.

Experience:

Jeff has experience with single family homes, multi-family properties, condos, cooperatives, Foreclosure & Bank Owned Properties as well as Estate Sales and Guardianships.

Jeff’s clients appreciate his commitment to their needs. He believes in giving all of his customers and clients the highest possible customer service there is. Jeff has purchased and sold several properties; therefore, he knows the stress that can come from a real estate transaction and does his best to make it as “stress free” of an experience as possible.

Jeff knows how to assist his sellers in marketing their property and advises his clients on how they can enhance their homes. He is most successful in obtaining the highest possible price with the least amount of problems. He has extensive experience in the art of negotiating.

In March of 2018, Jeff merged his business with Melvin L. Moore, a well-respected Associate Broker in the Westchester area with over 25 years of experience. Jeff and Mel created “The Hanrahan Sales Team”. Along with Mel came his Administrative Assistant Orly Martinez, with over 13 years of experience in the real estate industry. Also added to the team was their first Buyer’s Specialist, Safiya Swan. The team has experienced growth that none of them could have ever imagined.

Education & Personal Life:

Jeff is currently a resident of Mamaroneck, where he grew up. He did have the opportunity to also live in the City of White Plains from 1996-2004.

Jeff is a graduate of The State University of New York, College at New Paltz where he majored in Communications / Management. He holds the designation of ASP, Accredited Staging Professional, able to assist homeowners with the preparation of their property, before it hits the market. Jeff also holds the SRES designation, Senior Real Estate Specialist, understanding the needs of our seniors if they are contemplating a move.
